Acceptance of the Contractor Estimate. If the Agency accepts the cost proposal presented by the Contractor, the Contractor shall provide the modified Deliverable subject to the cost proposal included in the Contractor response. The Contractor’s provision of the modified Deliverables shall be governed by the terms and conditions of this Contract.

If DNR accepts the estimate presented by the Contractor within five business days of receiving the Contractor’s response, the Contractor shall perform the modified services subject to the time and cost estimates included in the Contractor response.
