Common use of Change Order Requests Clause in Contracts

Change Order Requests. Any party to the construction process may request changes to the Work, compensation or applicable schedules after execution of this Contract, and without invalidating this Contract. Unless otherwise specified herein, the Professional shall prepare the change orders and construction change directives.
