Change Orders to a Statement of Work. (12/18) The City and Contractor can agree to make changes, at any time to a Statement of Work or Task Order in the form of a Change Order. Contractor agrees to timely alter the delivery of Products or Services accordingly. If such changes materially increase or decrease Contractor’s obligations, the Parties shall execute an Amendment to the Contract, and if the amount of such adjustment is not calculable as a function of hours or tasks, the Parties shall negotiate in good faith a modified amount.
