Changes to Agreement We reserve the right to change any of the terms of this Agreement or any Specifications or Guidelines governing the Service at any time in our sole discretion. All changes will be effective upon posting to the Service. However, for all changes to this Agreement, excluding Specifications and Guidelines, we will post a notice of change for thirty (30) days. You are responsible for reviewing the notice and any applicable changes. YOUR CONTINUED USE OF THIS SERVICE FOLLOWING OUR POSTING OF ANY CHANGES WILL CONSTITUTE YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF SUCH CHANGES. 11) Prime Publishing Intellectual Property. Changes to the Agreement XOOM may make changes to any term or condition in this Agreement at any time except for the electricity price. We will notify you of any material change to the Agreement in writing at least forty- five (45) days before any such change be applied to your bill or take effect. If you do not terminate the Agreement before the effective date of the change, the change will become effective on the date stated in the notice. Moving: When moving to an address within your Local Utility’s service territory, XOOM will make every effort to transfer your service to your new service address when you move to an address within your Local Utility’s service territory, provided that you notify XOOM within fifteen (15) days of your move. If a transfer of service is not successful or you move to a location outside your Local Utility’s service territory, you may cancel this Agreement at no cost to you. Failure to notify XOOM of your move will be considered a cancellation of this Agreement in accordance with its terms.
Changes to Fee Structure In the event of Listing, the Company and the Advisor shall negotiate in good faith to establish a fee structure appropriate for a perpetual-life entity.
Changes to Privacy Policy Agreement Passive Plus, Inc. reserves the right to update and/or change the terms of our privacy policy, and as such we will post those change to our website homepage at xxx.xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx, so that our users and/or visitors are always aware of the type of information we collect, how it will be used, and under what circumstances, if any, we may disclose such information.
