Common use of Change Proposals Clause in Contracts

Change Proposals. Material changes in scope, rush delivery, rework of items already approved or requests for additional revision cycles, services and/or deliverables beyond those listed herein hereafter known as change orders, shall not be effective until authorized representatives of both Parties execute a mutually acceptable written change order to this Agreement. Any fees arising from change orders, additional services, or deliverables not reflected herein will be invoiced upon completion. Change orders agreed to by email shall be valid and enforceable as if made part of this Agreement.
