1.1. The present Annex to the Agreement provides the conditions for provision of numbering implementation services by TELEKOMAS.

2.3. TELEKOMAS shall be entitled to change the price of service 705, upon informing THE OPERATOR 15 (fifteen) days in advance.
2.4. The prices shall be applicable only in regard to the traffic, initiated inside the network of THE OPERATOR.

the Prices. 2.1. THE OPERATOR shall pay TELEKOMAS 1 (one) Litas without the VAT for each minute of call to number 118, made from the network of THE OPERATOR. The VAT is an additional tax, applicable according to the tariff, set by the laws.
the Prices. 2.1. THE OPERATOR shall pay for each minute, registered by number 112 according to the National Termination service prices, applicable by TELEKOMAS.
2.2. The VAT is an additional tax, applicable according to the tariff, set by the laws.
the Prices. 4.1. The TELEKOMAS Signaling services provision conditions and the prices are presented in Annex 1 to the present Annex.
4.2. The prices, specified in Annex 1 to the present Annex shall be valid until TELEKOMAS acquires the possibility to measure the signaling stream. As soon as the aforementioned possibility is in place, the settlement for the transit of the signaling stream depending on the amount of the messages, forwarded by the signaling transit can be applied.
4.3. The one-off Signaling services order fee shall be commenced to be calculated starting from the date of service implementation, and the annul subscriber fee – starting from the date of commencement of operation.
