Change Proposals. Material changes in scope, rush delivery, rework of items already approved or requests for additional revision cycles, services and/or deliverables beyond those listed herein hereafter known as change orders, shall not be effective until authorized representatives of both Parties execute a mutually acceptable written change order to this Agreement.
