Change to Existing Classification Criteria. (a) Where the primary function or qualifications of a position in any classification covered by this Collective Agreement, are significantly changed the Employee and the Union shall receive twenty-eight (28) calendar days notice. (b) Where the Employer increases the qualifications of a position or classification, the Employer shall provide the incumbent(s) with a reasonable period of time to obtain the required qualifications.
