Common use of Change to Temporary Status Clause in Contracts

Change to Temporary Status. Regular employees changing to temporary status and returning to regular status within twelve (12) months shall not lose previously accrued seniority or their prior PTO accrual rate. Time spent during temporary status shall not count toward the accrual of benefits or seniority.
