Change Which Affects a Small Number of Employees Where individual departments implement changes in their instruction, marking or other assignments between faculty, professional staff and CUPE 4163 positions, or reorganize programs or courses so that fewer employees are required, every effort will be made to implement the change after the end of the term of employment of the affected employee(s) and to notify the Union as early as practical in advance so that the parties may discuss how to minimize the impact of those changes on these employees.

  • JOB CLASSIFICATION AND RECLASSIFICATION 26.01 In order to ensure the appropriate classification of jobs listed under Schedule "A" of the collective agreement, the Parties agree that matters related to the classification of new or existing jobs shall be dealt with in accordance with the Joint Job Evaluation Manual of Procedures forming part of this collective agreement.
