Change with local airport. ‌ This is an example involving just one SP and one AU: a local airport. In the example considered the airport plans major maintenance works on one of the runways of an airport with multiple runways. The works stretch over many weeks, and consist of several phases, each with their own impact on the ATS services. The SP and airport develop an AIP supplement demonstrating the impact in each of the phases. While the only difference in situation after the change is the renewed concrete and other material, the SP does consider it a change to the functional system, because of the new transition involving various phases and some new workarounds. Coordination: In this case the airport initiates the change, and contacts the SP. The SP determines that it is a change to its functional system. Moreover, it is the SP who identifies that according to its change management procedure such multi-actor change needs coordination. As no other XXXXX ANSP is involved, use of this manual is optional. For the sake of this example, the SP follows the steps of Section 3:

  • Data Location 1.1. The CONTRACTOR shall not store or transfer non-public COUNTY data outside of the United States. This includes backup data and Disaster Recovery locations. The CONTRACTOR will permit its personnel and contractors to access COUNTY data remotely only as required to provide technical support.
