Common use of Changed Format Rights Clause in Contracts

Changed Format Rights. Changed Format rights in the Script for a Play, Original Series or (for avoidance of doubt) as regards the Script for a Source to Script Transfer are reserved to the Writer, provided that the BBC shall be notified in writing prior to such exploitation through BBC Business Affairs and the Writer shall procure that the BBC shall be contractually entitled to a credit to be included in any third party production made in exercise of such rights.
