Changes in Allowances Clause Samples
The "Changes in Allowances" clause defines how adjustments to previously agreed-upon allowances—such as budgets, quantities, or materials—are managed during the course of a contract. This clause typically outlines the process for requesting, approving, and documenting any changes to these allowances, ensuring that both parties are aware of and agree to modifications. By establishing a clear procedure for handling changes, the clause helps prevent disputes and ensures that project costs and deliverables remain transparent and controlled.
