Changes in Agreement. Any changes deemed necessary in this Agreement may be made by mutual agreement at any time during the existence of this Agreement.

(c) The implementation of all benefit programs of this agreement are conditional on the ability of the Employer to obtain a carrier to carry the Plan under the stated conditions.

The Association recognizes the right of the School District/Board to execute policy as long as such policy is not specifically in violation of any provision of this collective bargaining agreement.
Changes in Agreement. 28.01 Any changes deemed necessary in this Agreement may be made by mutual agreement at any time during the existence of this Agreement in accordance with Section 58, Sub-Section 5 of The Labour Relations Act, as it may be amended from time to time, between the Company and the negotiating committee.
