Changes in Benefits Coverage. Should the District anticipate changes to the benefit plans, the District shall formally discuss anticipated changes with the ATA negotiating subcommittee. The ATA negotiating subcommittee shall be fully informed of all particulars, where possible, at least one month in advance, prior to any meeting(s).
