CHANGES IN COURSEWORK. Employees will be reimbursed for the actual courses stated on the application for Tuition Reimbursement. No substitutions will be allowed at the time of reimbursement. If changes occur in the employee’s coursework after approval has been given, the employee must notify Human Resources within two weeks of the change.
