Changes in Eligibility for Adult Children. To the extent the Employer amends a plan listed in Item F of the Adoption Agreement that provides benefits that are excluded from an Employee’s income under Code Section 105 to provide that Adult Children (as defined in Section 2.04(c)) are eligible to receive benefits under the plan, an Eligible Employee may make or change an election under this Plan to add coverage for the Adult Child and to make any corresponding change to the Eligible Employee’s coverage that is consistent with adding coverage for the Adult Child.
