Changes in Instructions to Obligors. The Borrower shall not make any change in its instructions to Obligors regarding the deposit of Collections with respect to the Transferred Receivables, except to the extent the Administrative Agent and the Requisite Lenders direct the Borrower to change such instructions to Obligors or the Administrative Agent and the Requisite Lenders consent in writing to such change.

Changes in Instructions to Obligors. The Seller shall not make any change in its instructions to Obligors regarding the deposit of Collections with respect to the Transferred Receivables without the prior written consent of the Administrative Agent.
