Purchase and Servicing Agreement. Solely with respect to the Bank of America Mortgage Loans, the Flow Mortgage Loan Sale and Servicing Agreement, dated as of August 1, 2002, between the Transferor, as purchaser and Bank of America, as seller and as servicer, as the same may be amended from time to time, and any assignment and conveyance related to the Bank of America Mortgage Loans.
