Changes in Legal Requirements. CenturyTel and LEVEL 3 further agree that the terms and conditions of this Agreement were composed in order to effectuate the legal requirements in effect at the time the Agreement was produced. Any modifications to those requirements will be deemed to automatically supersede any prior terms and conditions of this Agreement.
