Changes In Merchant’s Business. Merchant will not transfer, sell, merge or liquidate its business or assets or otherwise transfer control of its business, change its ownership in any amount or respect, engage in any joint venture partnership or similar business arrangement, change its basic nature or method of business, types of products sold or engage in sales by phone or mail order without providing notice to SPS-EFT and providing SPS-EFT with the opportunity to terminate this Agreement.
