Changes in State Mandated Service Requirements. The professional support services required hereunder are in accordance with current state mandated Emergency Child Care Bridge Program requirements. In the event there is a need to modify the professional support services provided pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, due to changes to the Emergency Child Care Bridge Program requirements, the parties hereto will enter into negotiations concerning an amendment to this Agreement embodying written assurances consistent with the Emergency Child Care Bridge Program requirements prior to making any such modifications.
