Common use of Changes in the Agreement Clause in Contracts

Changes in the Agreement. 5.1. The Agreement may be amended by consent of the Parties, by means of a single document, in a simple written form, with the exception of cases set forth in the Agreement. The Buyer-Pledgor-Borrower makes the expenditures related to the amendment of the Agreement, unless the Pledgee has determined otherwise. 5.2. The Pledgee, having notified Buyer-Pledgor-Borrower in writing, has the right to amend the Agreement without the Buyer-Pledgor-Borrower's signature, if the amendments are of technical nature (arithmetic errors, bugs, bugfixes, omissions, etc.), or are made in favour of the Buyer-Pledgor-Borrower and lead to favourable consequences for the Buyer- Pledgor-Borrower. In such case, the amendments enter into force on the tenth day following the day on which the Pledgee submits the notice to the Buyer-Pledgor-Borrower (if no other term is specified by the Pledgee in writing), if no written objection has been received by the Buyer-Pledgor-Borrower during that time. 5.3. If the Buyer-Pledgor-Borrower avoids making the necessary changes in the Agreement in accordance with 5.1 and
