Changes in Trustee Authority. If a successor Trustee is appointed, neither an Insurer nor any other person who has previously had dealings with the Trustee shall be chargeable with knowledge of such appointment or such change until furnished with notice thereof. Until such notice, the Insurer and any other such party shall be fully protected in relying on any action taken or signature presented which would have been proper in accordance with that information previously received.
