Changes to Business Plans and Supplemental Plans. The Initial Member has the right from time to time after the Closing Date to prescribe a form, or to update (and otherwise modify) the form, of any component of (or information to be included in) the Business Plan (including the form of cash flow projections attached hereto as Exhibit F), Strategic Plan Report and Critical Strategy Resolution Business Plan in such manner as determined appropriate by the Initial Member in its sole discretion, in each case by delivery of written notice to the Manager including or attaching the applicable form (new, updated or otherwise modified) or other changes (or otherwise setting forth a link to the applicable website including such form (new, updated or otherwise modified) or changes, or with respect to the cash flow projections, indicating that the same is available at the applicable website specified in or pursuant to Exhibit F hereto, or in any such case making the same available by such other means as may be applicable in connection with engagement or use of a Reporting Service pursuant to Section 6 of the Reporting and Access Schedule), at least three months prior to the effective date (as selected by the Initial Member) of such update (or modification).
