Changes to Platform. Flock may, in its sole discretion, make any changes to any system or platform that it deems necessary or useful to (i) maintain or enhance (a) the quality or delivery of Flock’s products or services to its Agency s, (b) the competitive strength of, or market for, Flock’s products or services, (c) such platform or system’s cost efficiency or performance, or (ii) to comply with applicable law.
Changes to Platform. Flock Safety may, in its sole discretion, make any changes to any system or platform that it deems necessary or useful to (i) maintain or enhance (a) the quality or delivery of Flock Safety’s products or services to its customers, (b) the competitive strength of, or market for, Flock Safety’s products or services, (c) such platform or system’s cost efficiency or performance, or (ii) to comply with applicable law.
Changes to Platform. Periscope may, in its sole discretion, make any changes, updates and revisions to any Platform for any reason, including but not limited to (i) maintain or enhance (a) the quality or delivery of Periscope's products or services to its customers, (b) the competitive strength of, or market for, Periscope's products or services, or (c) such Platform's cost efficiency or performance, (ii) replace older versions of any Platform and its components with newer versions, or (iii) comply with applicable law.
Changes to Platform. Company may, in its sole discretion but with reasonable notice to the Customer, make any changes to any Platform that it deems necessary or useful to (i) maintain or enhance (a) the quality or delivery of Company’s products or services to its customers, (b) the competitive strength of, or market for, Company’s products or services, (c) such Platform’s cost efficiency or performance, or (ii) to comply with applicable law.
Changes to Platform. MHC may, in its sole discretion, make any changes to the Platform that it deems necessary or useful to (a) maintain or enhance (i) the quality or delivery of MHC’s products or services to its customers, (ii) the competitive strength of, or market for, MHC’s products or services, (iii) the Platform’s cost efficiency or performance; or (b) to comply with applicable law. Any change to the products or services offered by MHC’s third party providers may materially and adversely effect, or entirely disable, Hearing Aid Provider’s use of or access to the Platform.
Changes to Platform. 6.1 Subject to clause 10 of the Contract, we reserve the right to add to, update, amend, remove, or disable access to, any part of the Platform, in each case at any time and for any reasonable cause, without notice to you or your Authorised Users, including to improve the Platform.

AIT may, in its sole discretion, make any changes to the Platform that it deems necessary or useful to (i) maintain, upgrade or enhance (a) the quality or delivery of AIT’s products or services to its customers, (b) the competitive strength of, or market for, AIT’s products or services, (c) such Platform’s cost efficiency or performance, or (ii) to comply with applicable law.
Changes to Platform. Avodah may change the Platform from time to time, including changing or removing features or functionality from the Platform. Avodah will notify Customer of any discontinuation of the Platform.
Changes to Platform. CaliCo Solutions may, in its sole discretion, make any changes to any Platform that it deems necessary or useful to (i) maintain or enhance (a) the quality or delivery of CaliCo Solutions’ products or services to its customers, (b) the competitive strength of, or market for, CaliCo Solutions’ products or services, (c) such Platform’s cost efficiency or performance, or (ii) to comply with applicable law.
Changes to Platform. DOTUS may make changes to any Platform that it deems necessary or useful to (i) maintain or enhance (a) the quality or delivery of DOTUS’s products or services to its customers, (b) the competitive strength of, or market for, DOTUS’s products or services, (c) such Platform’s cost efficiency or performance, or (ii) to comply with applicable law.
