Updates and Revisions. Updates and revisions to this MOU should be made as needed. Any updates or revisions to the MOU must be submitted to the Pennsylvania Department of Education. Best practice recommends that an updated MOU be submitted every three years, as contractual updates follow this timeline.
Updates and Revisions. If there are changes to the Grantee Project, the Grantee shall submit an updated or revised Project with budget to District at least thirty (30) days prior to the Department’s next disbursement of SIA Funds to the District. The District may review the Project to ensure alignment to the allowed uses in Section 9, subparagraph 3 of the Act.

At least once per 360 day period and otherwise from time to time in its sole discretion, Iron Mountain will provide Customer with Updates to maintain currency of the information for the Data Set. In each case, Updates will be labeled by Iron Mountain as either Major Revisions or Minor Revisions as defined in this SSTC. In the event that Customer notifies Iron Mountain in writing, or Iron Mountain becomes aware of an error or omission in the content comprising the Data Set Subscription, Iron Mountain shall within a reasonable time period provide Customer with an Update correcting such error or omission and include any omitted content in the Data Set Subscription going forward. The obligations to provide Updates under this Section apply to the content of each Data Set, as updated from time to time in accordance with this Section 2.5.

Not less than once per month (starting with the second month after the Work commences), the Contractor must update and, as necessary, revise the Master Construction Schedule to accommodate authorized changes in the Work and/or Contract Time, as well as any other authorized modifications to the Master Construction Schedule. Updates and Revisions. 1. The Parties to this Plan will meet quarterly to maintain open communication and revise educational stability protocols and procedures to ensure the best interest of xxxxxx care children.
2. This Plan may be revised as needed, but shall be reviewed at least once every three (3) years. The Plan shall only be revised if the Cumberland County Children and Youth Agency and the Big Spring School District agree. No such revisions shall be effective unless and until the revised Plan is executed in writing by the authorized representative of all parties. Accordingly, the Big Spring School District and the Cumberland County Children and Youth Agency agree to update the Plan as needed.
