Changes to Prices. A. Subject to the requirements of this section, Successful Respondent may change the price of any product or service upon changes to the List Price or MSRP, as DocuSign Envelope ID: 92743F2E-E91E-483A-AB35-E1C07208855F applicable. Discount levels shall not be subject to such changes, and will remain consistent with the discount levels specified in this Contract. B.
