Fujitsu may, by giving written notice to the Supplier at any time not later than 5 five (5) business days prior to the Delivery Date stated in this Purchase Order, change the Delivery Date(s), quantities or types of Product(s) or Service(s) ordered without incurring any additional costs or liability. Supplier specifically agrees that it shall make no change in any design, configuration, material, part or manufacturing process which has been approved by Fujitsu and which is applicable to this Purchase Order without the prior approval by Fujitsu. Breach of this obligation shall be considered a material breach of contract.
