Changes to Steering Committee. Each Party may remove and replace its representatives on the Steering Committee at any time, without cause, upon written notice to the other Party. An alternate member designated by a Party shall be entitled to participate in the absence of a permanent member designated by such Party. All references to “members” in this Agreement refer to the then permanent members of the Steering Committee and any alternate member acting in the place of a permanent member.
