CHANGES TO TENANT IMPROVEMENT PLANS. In the event that Tenant shall request any changes or substitutions to the Tenant Improvement Plans, after the Tenant Improvement Plans have been prepared and the final pricing established by Landlord, any additional costs attributable thereto shall be paid by Tenant to Landlord prior to the commencement of the work represented by such changes, unless covered under the Allowance.
