CHANGES TO THIS DEED. This Deed may be supplemented or varied by further agreement in writing between the parties from time to time.
CHANGES TO THIS DEED. The Security Agent is hereby authorised by the Senior Creditors to agree any amendments which are not of a material nature to this Deed and may be required in connection with the accession of the High Yield Trustee of this Deed and to enter into any document required to give effect to such an amendment on behalf of itself and the Senior Creditors.
