Deemed Service. Without prejudice to any earlier time at which a notice or other communication may be actually given and received, a properly addressed notice will in any event: if personally delivered, be deemed to have been given and received upon delivery at the relevant address; if posted to an address in the same jurisdiction as that from which it was sent by courier (which courier advises of delivery no later than two (2) Business Days), be deemed to have been given and received two (2) Business Days after the date of posting; if sent to an address in a different jurisdiction as that from which it was sent by international courier (which courier advises of delivery no later than seven (7) Business Days), be deemed to have been given and received seven (7) Business Days after the date of posting; if sent by facsimile and a confirmatory successful transmission report is given by the transmitting device, be deemed to have been given and received on the date of transmission (or if such day is not a Business Day, then the next Business Day); and if sent by e-mail and no delivery failure is reported to or by the sender's e-mail server, be deemed to have been given and received on the date such e-mail was sent (or if such day is not a Business Day, then the next Business Day).

Deemed Service. (a) Subject to paragraph (b) below, a Notice will be deemed to be given as follows: (i) if by letter or delivered personally, when delivered; (ii) if by email or any other electronic communication, when received in legible form; and (iii) if by posting to an electronic website, at the time of notification to the relevant recipient of such posting or (if later) the time when the recipient was given access to such website. (b) A Notice given in accordance with paragraph (a) above but received on a day that is not a Business Day or after business hours in the place of receipt will only be deemed to be given on the next working day in that place.
Deemed Service. (a) Subject to clause 24.2(b), a Notice will be deemed to be given as follows: (i) if by letter, when delivered personally or on actual receipt; and (ii) if by facsimile, when delivered. (b) A Notice given in accordance with clause 24.2(a) but received on a non-working day or after business hours in the place of receipt will only be deemed to be given on the next working day in that place.
Deemed Service. 32.3.1 Any notice or other communication or document from an Obligor (or Idea on its behalf) shall be irrevocable and shall not be effective until its actual receipt by the Agent. Any other notice, demand or other communication or document shall be served or treated as served at the following times: (a) in the case of service personally or in accordance with clause 32.2.1, at the time of such service; (b) in the case of service by post, at 9.00 am on the working day next following the day on which it was posted or, in the case of service to or from an address outside the United Kingdom, at 9.00 am on the fourth day following the day on which it was posted; and (c) in the case of service by fax, if sent before 9.00 am on a working day, at 11.00 am on the same day, if sent between 9.00 am and 5.30 pm on a working day, two hours after the time of such sending or, if sent after 5.30 pm on a working day or on a day other than a working day, at 9.00 am on the next following working day. 32.3.2 For the purposes of this clause 32 the term "WORKING DAY" shall mean a day (other than a Saturday or Sunday) upon which the recipient of any demand, notice, communication or other document is normally open for business in the country of its address for service referred to in clause 32.1 and references to any time of day shall be construed as references to the time of day on such working day in that country.

Deemed Service. Unless there is evidence that it was received earlier, a Notice is deemed to have been given (provided it has been sent in accordance with clause 12.1): (a) if delivered personally, when the person delivering the notice obtains the signature of a person at the relevant address; (b) if sent by post to a destination within the same country, two (2) Business Days after posting it; (c) if sent by airmail to a destination in a different country, six (6) Business Days after posting it; (d) if sent by fax, on completion of its transmission; or (e) if sent by email, when transmitted by the sender unless the sender receives a message from its internet service provider or the recipient's mail server indicating that it has not been successfully transmitted, but if the delivery or receipt is after 5:00pm on a Business Day or on a day which is not a Business Day, the notice is to be taken as having been received at 9:00am on the next Business Day.

Deemed Service. (a) Subject to clause 20.2(b), a Notice will be deemed to be effective as follows: (i) if by letter, when delivered personally or on actual receipt or three Business Days after being deposited in the mail, postage prepaid; and (ii) if by facsimile, when delivered, provided, that any notice, request or demand to or upon the Charged Company, the Administrative Agents and the Collateral Agent shall not be effective until received. (b) A Notice given in accordance with clause 20.2 (a) but received on a non-working day or after business hours in the place of receipt will be deemed to be given on the next working day in that place.
Deemed Service. A notice or demand served by first class post in the United Kingdom will be deemed served 48 hours after posting or when delivered if served personally. A notice or demand served overseas by air mail will be deemed duly served 72 hours after posting or when delivered if served personally. A notice or demand sent by telex or facsimile transmission will be deemed served at the time of transmission unless served on a non-Business Day or after 5.00 p.m. London time in which case it will be deemed served at 9.00 a.m. on the following Business Day.
Deemed Service. To avoid doubt, if a notice or Breach Notice is served on an Authorised Driver by the Owner under this clause 13, such notice is deemed to have been served on the Operator.
