Common use of Charge Nurse Clause in Contracts

Charge Nurse. Any nurse assigned as a Charge Nurse shall receive a premium of Two Dollars and fifty Cents ($2.50) per hour as part of the nurse’s regular rate of pay.

Charge Nurse. Any registered nurse assigned as a Charge Nurse charge nurse shall receive a premium of Two Dollars two dollars and fifty Cents twenty-five cents ($2.502.25) per hour as part of over the nurse’s regular rate of pay.

Mandatory code responders who are not already receiving charge pay will also receive charge pay for all hours worked.
