Common use of Charge Nurse Clause in Contracts

Charge Nurse. Any nurse assigned as a Charge Nurse shall receive a premium of Two Dollars and fifty Cents ($2.50) per hour as part of the nurse’s regular rate of pay.

Any nurse assigned by Nursing Administration as Charge Nurse, or a relief Charge Nurse temporarily assigned to replace a Charge Nurse shall receive a premium of Two Dollars two dollars and fifty Cents twenty- five cents ($2.502.25) per hour as part of the nurse’s over their regular rate of pay.
