Common use of Charge Nurse Clause in Contracts

Charge Nurse. A Nurse who has applied for and been awarded a position to assist and coordinate in the continuity of patient care responsibilities and clinical activities of an organized nursing unit, in addition to being responsible for the direct or indirect total care of patients as part of his/her normal assigned duties.

Charge Nurse. A Nurse nurse who has applied for and been is awarded a position to assist and coordinate in the continuity of patient care responsibilities and clinical activities of an organized nursing unit, in addition to being responsible for the direct or indirect total care of patients as part of his/her normal assigned dutiesincluding providing patient care.

Charge Nurse. A Nurse who has applied for and been awarded a position to 25 assist and coordinate in the continuity of patient care responsibilities and 26 clinical activities of an organized nursing unit, in addition to being responsible 27 for the direct or indirect total care of patients as part of his/her normal 28 assigned duties.

Charge Nurse. A Nurse nurse who has applied for and been is awarded a position to assist and 5 coordinate in the continuity of patient care responsibilities and clinical 6 activities of an organized nursing unit, in addition to being responsible for the direct or indirect total care of patients as part of his/her normal assigned dutiesincluding providing patient care.

Charge Nurse. A Nurse who has applied for and been awarded a position is assigned by the Medical Center to assist and coordinate in the continuity of patient care responsibilities and clinical activities of an organized nursing unit, in addition to being responsible for the direct or indirect total care of patients as part of his/her normal assigned duties.

Charge Nurse. A Nurse nurse who has applied for and been is awarded a position to assist and 12 coordinate in the continuity of patient care responsibilities and clinical activities of an 13 organized nursing unit, in addition to being responsible for the direct or indirect total care of patients as part of his/her normal assigned dutiesincluding providing patient care.

Charge Nurse. A Nurse nurse who has applied for and been is awarded a position to assist and 12 coordinate in the continuity of patient care responsibilities and clinical 13 activities of an organized nursing unit, in addition to being responsible for the direct or indirect total care of patients as part of his/her normal assigned dutiesincluding providing patient care.

Charge Nurse. A Nurse who has applied for and been awarded a position to 2 assist and coordinate in the continuity of patient care responsibilities and 3 clinical activities of an organized nursing unit, in addition to being responsible 4 for the direct or indirect total care of patients as part of his/her normal 5 assigned duties.

Charge Nurse.
