Charge Obligations Sample Clauses

Charge Obligations. ‌ The following provisions apply in relation to the Charge Obligations: (a) the Charge Obligations shall commence on the Commencement Date; and (b) the Charge Obligations shall expire on the Charge Expiry Date; and (c) the Total Charge Amount shall be equal to: (i) the Total Funding Amount; plus (ii) the Total Administrative Costs.
