Charge Expiry Date definition

Charge Expiry Date means the earlier of:
Charge Expiry Date means the earlier of: the date on which the Charge Obligations are fully discharged by the Owner; and the date (if any) of a determination by MCC under clause 5.8(b)(iv) that the Environmental Upgrade Charge will no longer apply at all to the Owner and that the Charge Obligations have been fully discharged by the Owner.
