Total Funding Amount means, with respect to any Participated Mortgage Loan and the related Mortgage Loan Transaction, the total amount to be paid by Seller in connection with such Mortgage Loan Transaction (including amounts to be provided on behalf of Seller by Bank through the making of an Advance for the purchase of a Participation Interest in such Participated Mortgage Loan), as set forth in the related Request.
