The Charge-Out Rates clause defines the specific hourly or daily rates that will be billed for services provided under the agreement. It typically outlines the rates applicable to different categories of personnel, such as partners, associates, or consultants, and may specify when and how these rates can be adjusted during the contract term. This clause ensures transparency in billing and helps both parties manage expectations regarding costs, thereby reducing the risk of disputes over service charges.
