Charge Policy. Non-RN employees who are designated by the Medical Center as Charge or Team Leader shall receive an additional one dollar and seventy-five cents ($1.75) per hour when functioning in such capacity. When no supervisor is present, the employee designated by the Medical Center to be in charge shall receive the differential. The present practice regarding designation of charge shall be continued.
