Chargebacks or reversal of payments. Chargebacks and/or reversals of payments requested by the payer or the Passenger shall only be admissible for the reasons and under the conditions established in the Law. The request for reversal of payments for reasons other than those contemplated in the Law or without the fulfillment of legal requirements, even the attempt of fraud by means of this mechanism could cause damages and prejudices to THE CARRIER, therefore, THE CARRIER reserves the right to take all civil, criminal, and administrative actions to achieve the reparation of the damage caused and the sanction to the fraudulent conduct.

  • Chargebacks Merchant shall use all reasonable methods to resolve disputes with the cardholder. Should a chargeback dispute occur, Xxxxxxxx shall promptly comply with all requests for information from PayPal. Merchant shall not attempt to recharge a cardholder for an item that has been charged back to the cardholder, unless the cardholder has authorized such actions.

  • Refunds and reversals of payments When you receive a payment, it could be refunded or reversed. We may allow you to send to the payer a refund of the payment. We may carry out a reversal of your payment in certain circumstances. See the rest of this section for more details.

  • Chargeback The MSI is responsible for developing, managing, and maintaining the Chargeback System as well as developing and coordinating the associated processes for all other DCS Service Providers. The Service Component Providers are responsible for data collection, data integrity, and providing data feeds to the MSI for Chargeback information. The MSI will manage the Chargeback unit rate development process in coordination with DIR. DIR will provide the methodology but the MSI will develop the calculations and maintain the process, which will include the allocation of some or all of a DCS Service Provider’s Charges into another Service Component Provider’s Resource Unit for Chargeback purposes. The MSI will be the financial intermediary between the Service Component Providers and DIR. In this role, the MSI will provide all of the Services in Exhibit

  • CHARGEBACK POLICY 23.1 The Company reserves the right to charge a fee “chargeback fee” if a chargeback is placed with your credit card company (either intentionally or unintentionally) for any deposit made to your account. The chargeback fee will be comprised of the “administration fee” of €60.00 (sixty Euros) to cover all further investigation expenses. In case of pre-arbitration, additional fees may apply from the card processor. This fee will be used to cover all investigative expenses to prove that the deposit was made by you upon receiving the chargeback from our merchant provider. The fee will be deducted from the Client’s account balance if available.

  • Check-Off Payments The Employer shall deduct from every employee any dues, initiation fees, or assessments levied by the Union on its members.

  • Xxxx Payments You may authorize new payment instructions or edit previously authorized payment instructions for xxxx payments that are either periodic and nonrecurring (e.g., payments on merchant charge accounts that vary in amount) or automatic and recurring (e.g., fixed mortgage payments). When you transmit a xxxx payment instruction to us, you authorize us to transfer funds to make the xxxx payment transaction from the account you designate. We will process xxxx payment transfer requests only to such payees as you authorize and for whom the Credit Union has the proper vendor code number. The Credit Union will not process any xxxx payment transfer if the required transaction information is incomplete. If there are insufficient funds in your account to make the xxxx payment request, we may either refuse to make the payment or make the payment and transfer funds from any overdraft protection account you have established. The Credit Union reserves the right to refuse to process payment instructions that reasonably appear to the Credit Union to be fraudulent or erroneous. The Credit Union will withdraw the designated funds from your account by 9:00am on the date of the scheduled payment if scheduled on a business day. If scheduled on a non-business day, the Credit Union will withdraw the funds by 9:00am on the first business day after the scheduled date. It is your responsibility to schedule your xxxx payments in such a manner that your obligations will be paid on time. You should enter and transmit your xxxx payment instructions at least 10 days before a xxxx is due. You are responsible for any late payments or finance charges that may be imposed as a result of your failure to transmit timely payment authorization. You may cancel or stop payment on periodic xxxx payments and automatic, recurring xxxx payment instructions under certain circumstances. If you discover an error in or want to change a payment instruction (e.g., payment date or payment amount) for a periodic or automatic payment you have already scheduled for transmission through online or mobile banking, you may electronically edit or cancel your payment through online or mobile banking. Your cancellation request must be entered and transmitted before the date you have scheduled for payment. If your request is not entered in time, you will be responsible for the payment. If you wish to place an oral stop payment on an automatic, recurring xxxx payment transaction, the Credit Union must receive your oral stop payment request at least three (3) business days before the next payment is scheduled to be made. You may call the Credit Union at the telephone number set forth in Section 4 (Member Liability) to request a stop payment. If you call, the Credit Union may require you to confirm your stop payment request in writing within 14 days after the call.

  • Timeliness of Payment All undisputed charges shall be due and payable in accordance with each Party’s invoice instructions on or before the later of (x) fifteen (15) days from receipt of the applicable invoice or (y) the last day of the calendar month in which the applicable invoice was received (or in either event the next Business Day if such day is not a Business Day). Each Party shall make payments by electronic funds transfer, or by other mutually agreeable method(s), to the account designated by the other Party. Any undisputed amounts not paid by the due date shall be deemed delinquent and shall accrue interest at the Late Payment Rate, such interest to be calculated from and including the due date to but excluding the date the delinquent amount is paid in full.

  • Reversals In the event that the Receiver purchases an Asset (and assumes the Related Liability) that it is not required to purchase pursuant to this Section 3.4, the Assuming Institution shall repurchase such Asset (and assume such Related Liability) from the Receiver at a price computed so as to achieve the same economic result as would apply if the Receiver had never purchased such Asset pursuant to this Section 3.4.

  • Overpayments Contractor promptly shall refund to Purchaser the full amount of any erroneous payment or overpayment. Such refunds shall occur within thirty (30) calendar days of written notice to Contractor; Provided, however, that Purchaser shall have the right to elect to have either direct payments or written credit memos issued. If Contractor fails to make timely refunds of overpayment(s) (either directly or by credit memo), Contractor shall pay Purchaser interest at the rate of one percent (1%) per month on the amount overdue thirty (30) calendar days after notice to Contractor.
