Rebates definition

Rebates means rebates, price reductions and administrative fees and related adjustments charged by or payments to state Medicaid and other federal, state and local governmental programs and their participants, and by health plans, insurance companies, Medicare Part D prescription drug plans, pharmacy benefits managers, mail service pharmacies, long term care providers, specialty pharmacies and other health care providers based upon the utilization and sales of the Product, and service, administrative and inventory management fees due to wholesalers, distributors and group purchasing organizations based on sales of the Product (in each case, other than chargeback claims).
Rebates means the cash rebate earned through usage of the Citi Cash Back Card as specified in these Terms and Conditions which may be used to redeem any goods, services, benefits, arrangements or other privileges as may be determined by the Bank in its absolute discretion;
Rebates means Rebates payable in accordance with this SLA.

  • Neither party expects its relationship with the other Party to yield any minimum amount of profits by virtue of any NextWave Rebates, and each party waives the right to any compensation for loss of prospective profits, expenditures, or commitments of whatever kind in connection with any NextWave Rebates or related to Palo Alto Networks’ or the Solution Provider’s business or goodwill, respectively, due to any termination of any NextWave Rebate.

  • Upon termination or expiration of the Agreement, any NextWave Rebates earned by Solution Provider prior to termination shall be paid in accordance with Sections 1-4, above unless Solution Provider has committed an uncured material breach of this Agreement.

  • If Solution Provider becomes eligible for NextWave Rebates or Deal Referrals, the payment terms shall be those described in Exhibits A and B respectively.

  • Where required by an End User, the Solution Provider is responsible for disclosing its receipt of any NextWave Rebates from Palo Alto Networks to the End User, as well as for providing the End User any portion of the NextWave Rebate due to the End User.

  • Palo Alto Networks shall have the sole discretion regarding validation and calculation of any payments made pursuant to NextWave Rebates.


More Definitions of Rebates

Rebates means any discounts, direct or indirect subsidies, rebates, other price concessions and/or direct or indirect remunerations that a Plan Sponsor has elected to apply or take into account in arriving at the Negotiated Price and/or to pass through at the point of sale for a Covered Drug, including, but not limited to, estimated or actual rebates paid by drug manufacturers or Affiliate Rebate Partner.
