Charges by the Half Hour. Vacation charges shall be recorded in increments of one-half (1/2) hour. Any employee taking from one (1) to thirty (30) minutes of vacation shall be charged one-half (1/2) hour, and any employee taking from thirty-one (31) to sixty (60) minutes shall be charged one (1) hour.
