Charges for Electricty and Water. The water and electric meter/sub-meter shall be installed at the licensee’s premises for calculating the consumption of water and electricity. The charges for the electricity and water shall be recovered from Licensee on actual consumption basis, as per the applicable commercial rates charged by the respective authorities.
