Common use of Charges for Inspections Clause in Contracts

Charges for Inspections. a. The cost of the post-construction inspection shall be billed in advance with the charges for make-ready work. b. The cost of Periodic Inspection will be billed to the Licensee upon completion of the inspection by the Licensor. c. Licensee shall pay the cost of subsequent inspections to insure correction of variances from required construction and maintenance practices, determined to exist through post-construction or periodic inspections.
