Charges for Transmission Services Provided by NYISO. Notwithstanding any other provisions of this Agreement, the Authority shall compensate NYISO directly for the following transmission services provided by NYISO pursuant to its OATT, to the same extent as though the transmission service received by the Authority under this Agreement were provided under the NYISO OATT:
