Customer Usage Information a. On written consent of each replacement power customer served under this Agreement, Niagara Mohawk shall provide the Authority with two years of historic billing data, to the extent available for such replacement power customer within 30 days of approval of this Substitute First Revised Rate Schedule FERC No. 19 and at no charge to the Authority. Such billing data shall be provided, at Niagara Mohawk’s option, in electronic form via Niagara Mohawk’s website, and shall be limited to meter reading dates, consumption (kW, kWh and RKVA, including on- and off-peak data, if applicable), monthly metered demands, current meter number (if applicable), type of meter reading (by Niagara Mohawk, by the replacement power customer or estimated), and identification of the portion of such electric service (kW and kWh) supplied by the Authority under each Authority power program in which that customer participates. b. On written consent of each replacement power customer served under this Agreement, the Authority shall have the option to purchase historic recorded interval load data from Niagara Mohawk, to the extent available, pursuant to Niagara Mohawk’s established charges, terms and conditions for the provision of such information to Energy Service Companies served under the Retail Tariff.

In addition, Niagara Mohawk shall also provide the Authority with all other information and calculations used to determine the portion of such replacement power customer’s demands which Niagara Mohawk reported to NYISO or billed to such replacement power customer as served by the Authority under each Authority power program in which such replacement power customer participates, including such customer’s historic demand, if any, and a copy of the relevant portions of any agreement(s) between Niagara Mohawk and such replacement power customer modifying the generally applicable method for apportioning deliveries between Authority power and non-Authority power furnished by Niagara Mohawk under its Retail Tariff on reasonable request at no cost to the Authority. d. Customer Usage Information. Customer Data and Load Forecast Information. Municipality hereby authorizes VESI to obtain from the Local Utility all applicable Customer Data and Historical Load information regarding the consumption characteristics of the Aggregation Group (collectively, the “Load Forecast Information”) when available and necessary. Municipality will assist VESI in obtaining any Load Forecast Information including, but not limited to, planned or unplanned reductions or increases in the natural gas consumption of the Aggregation Group. Upon request by VESI, Municipality shall provide to the Local Utility the authorizations and/or approvals necessary for VESI to obtain the Load Forecast Information.
Customer Usage Information. You acknowledge and agree that the Products may contain certain subroutines which automatically generate and deliver to Us or Our designees electronic reports via the Internet setting forth the total number of users of the Products and related usage information. If such reports are at any time delayed, interrupted or suspended, or if We at any time have reasonable grounds to believe that such reports are incorrect or not functioning properly, then You shall, upon reasonable prior notice from Us, permit access by Us or Our authorized representatives, to the Products for purposes of diagnosing and correcting any such error and/or re- configuring or re-installing the Products for such purposes. You acknowledge and agree that We may use any and all information generated and delivered to Us as described above for purposes of auditing Your compliance with the terms of this XXXX and for other legitimate business purposes.
Customer Usage Information. To the extent available, the Company shall print twelve months' of historic usage data on Customers' bills, in addition to the usage data for the current billing period. The Company shall provide up to twelve months' of a Customer’s historic usage data (if such data are available) to Supplier, provided that Supplier has received the appropriate authorization. Such authorization shall consist of a (i) letter of authorization; (ii) third-party verification; or (iii) Customer-initiated call to an independent third-party. This information may be requested and provided in accordance with the EDI Guidelines for Historical Usage Data as described in the EDI Working Group Report.

  • Line Information Database (LIDB 9.1 BellSouth will store in its Line Information Database (LIDB) records relating to service only in the BellSouth region. The LIDB Storage Agreement is included in this Attachment as Exhibit C. 9.2 BellSouth will provide LIDB Storage upon written request to <<customer_name>>’s Account Manager stating a requested activation date.

  • Line Information Database LIDB is a transaction-oriented database accessible through Common Channel Signaling (CCS) networks. For access to LIDB, ONS must purchase appropriate signaling links pursuant to Section 10 of this Attachment. LIDB contains records associated with End User Line Numbers and Special Billing Numbers. LIDB accepts queries from other Network Elements and provides appropriate responses. The query originator need not be the owner of LIDB data. LIDB queries include functions such as screening billed numbers that provides the ability to accept Collect or Third Number Billing calls and validation of Telephone Line Number based non-proprietary calling cards. The interface for the LIDB functionality is the interface between BellSouth’s CCS network and other CCS networks. LIDB also interfaces to administrative systems.

  • Privacy of Customer Information Company Customer Information in the possession of the Agent, other than information independently obtained by the Agent and not derived in any manner from or using information obtained under or in connection with this Agreement, is and shall remain confidential and proprietary information of the Companies. Except in accordance with this Section 10.10, the Agent shall not use any Company Customer Information for any purpose, including the marketing of products or services to, or the solicitation of business from, Customers, or disclose any Company Customer Information to any Person, including any of the Agent’s employees, agents or contractors or any third party not affiliated with the Agent. The Agent may use or disclose Company Customer Information only to the extent necessary (i) for examination and audit of the Agent’s activities, books and records by the Agent’s regulatory authorities, (ii) to protect or exercise the Agent’s, the Custodian’s and the Lenders’ rights and privileges or (iii) to carry out the Agent’s, the Custodian’s and the Lenders’ express obligations under this Agreement and the other Facilities Papers (including providing Company Customer Information to Approved Investors), and for no other purpose; provided that the Agent may also use and disclose the Company Customer Information as expressly permitted by the relevant Company in writing, to the extent that such express permission is in accordance with the Privacy Requirements. The Agent shall take commercially reasonable steps to ensure that each Person to which the Agent intends to disclose Company Customer Information, before any such disclosure of information, agrees to keep confidential any such Company Customer Information and to use or disclose such Company Customer Information only to the extent necessary to protect or exercise the Agent’s, the Custodian’s and the Lenders’ rights and privileges, or to carry out the Agent’s, the Custodian’s and the Lenders’ express obligations, under this Agreement and the other Facilities Papers (including providing Company Customer Information to Approved Investors). The Agent agrees to maintain an Information Security Program and to assess, manage and control risks relating to the security and confidentiality of Company Customer Information pursuant to such program in the same manner as the Agent does so in respect of their own customers’ information, and shall implement the standards relating to such risks in the manner set forth in the Interagency Guidelines Establishing Standards for Safeguarding Company Customer Information set forth in 12 CFR Parts 30, 208, 211, 225, 263, 308, 364, 568 and 570. Without limiting the scope of the foregoing sentence, the Agent shall use at least the same physical and other security measures to protect all Company Customer Information in the Agent’s possession or control as the Agent uses for their own customers’ confidential and proprietary information.

  • User Information Any user or usage data or information collected via Station’s digital properties or related to Station’s digital properties, or any information collected from websites operated by Station’s affiliates under this Agreement, shall be the property of Station and/or such affiliates. Advertiser shall have no rights in such information by virtue of this Agreement.

  • Available Information The Company is subject to the periodic reporting requirements of the Exchange Act and, accordingly, is required to file or furnish certain reports with the Commission. These reports can be retrieved from the Commission's website (wxx.xxx.xxx) and can be inspected and copied at the public reference facilities maintained by the Commission located (as of the date of the Deposit Agreement) at 100 X Xxxxxx, X.X., Xxxxxxxxxx X.X. 00000.

  • Voice Information Service Traffic 5.1 For purposes of this Section 5, (a) Voice Information Service means a service that provides [i] recorded voice announcement information or [ii] a vocal discussion program open to the public, and (b) Voice Information Service Traffic means intraLATA switched voice traffic, delivered to a Voice Information Service. Voice Information Service Traffic does not include any form of Internet Traffic. Voice Information Service Traffic also does not include 555 traffic or similar traffic with AIN service interfaces, which traffic shall be subject to separate arrangements between the Parties. Voice Information Service Traffic is not subject to Reciprocal Compensation charges under Section 7 of the Interconnection Attachment. 5.2 If a ECI Customer is served by resold Verizon dial tone line Telecommunications Service or a Verizon Local Switching UNE, to the extent reasonably feasible, Verizon will route Voice Information Service Traffic originating from such Service or UNE to the appropriate Voice Information Service connected to Verizon’s network unless a feature blocking such Voice Information Service Traffic has been installed. For such Voice Information Service Traffic, ECI shall pay to Verizon without discount any Voice Information Service provider charges billed by Verizon to ECI. ECI shall pay Verizon such charges in full regardless of whether or not ECI collects such charges from its Customer. 5.3 ECI shall have the option to route Voice Information Service Traffic that originates on its own network to the appropriate Voice Information Service connected to Verizon’s network. In the event ECI exercises such option, ECI will establish, at its own expense, a dedicated trunk group to the Verizon Voice Information Service serving switch. This trunk group will be utilized to allow ECI to route Voice Information Service Traffic originated on its network to Verizon. For such Voice Information Service Traffic, unless ECI has entered into a written agreement with Verizon under which ECI will collect from ECI’s Customer and remit to Verizon the Voice Information Service provider’s charges, ECI shall pay to Verizon without discount any Voice Information Service provider charges billed by Verizon to ECI. ECI shall pay Verizon such charges in full regardless of whether or not ECI collects such charges from its own Customer.

  • Safeguarding Customer Information The Servicer has implemented and will maintain security measures designed to meet the objectives of the Interagency Guidelines Establishing Standards for Safeguarding Customer Information published in final form on February 1, 2001, 66 Fed. Reg. 8616 and the rules promulgated thereunder, as amended from time to time (the “Guidelines”). The Servicer shall promptly provide the Master Servicer, the Trustee and the NIMS Insurer information reasonably available to it regarding such security measures upon the reasonable request of the Master Servicer, the Trustee and the NIMS Insurer which information shall include, but not be limited to, any Statement on Auditing Standards (SAS) No. 70 report covering the Servicer’s operations, and any other audit reports, summaries of test results or equivalent measures taken by the Servicer with respect to its security measures to the extent reasonably necessary in order for the Seller to satisfy its obligations under the Guidelines.
