Charges Statement Conclusive and Binding. XXX agrees to prepare such documents and electronic records as FXG may from time to time reasonably require to verify or to calculate the Charges payable to JEE. FXG will provide JEE with information necessary to determine the validity of all chargebacks to and deductions from JEE's Payment of Charges, as provided for in 49 CFR Part 376. The Parties agree that the Charges Statement and the entries thereon will be deemed conclusive and binding on both Parties, unless written objections to entries on a questioned Charges Statement are received by the other Party within 120 days from the date of issuance of the Charges Statement to which the objections apply. XXX agrees that it is solely responsible for reimbursement to FXG of any documented overpayment of Charges made by FXG to JEE, and JEE hereby authorizes FXG to charge back to any Payment of Charges to JEE for any such overpayment. SCHEDULE F DAILY STOP THRESHOLD INDEPENDENT SERVICE PROVIDER AGREEMENT Unless modified pursuant to Schedule A, this Schedule F to the Independent Service Provider Agreement is effective 08/08/2020 and will continue in force through 11/05/2021. On 08/08/2020, this Schedule F will supersede any previously executed Schedule F.
