Service Provider Agreement definition

Service Provider Agreement means the written agreement signed by the Land Bank and the Service Provider, which shall include these Terms and Conditions, the General Conditions of Contract, the Special Conditions of Contract and all attachments and appendices thereto and all documents incorporated by reference therein;
Service Provider Agreement means any Employment Agreement or Consulting Agreement.
