Charging Station. AC (slow) charging equipment or DC (fast) charging equipment compatible with Bharat AC-001 & DC-001 charger specifications respectively.

Charging Station. A piece of hardware that allows electricity to be transferred into the baery of an EV.

Charging Station. Damage If you cause any damage to a Charging Station we will pass on any fine or other charge that we receive. This may be a significant amount depending on the amount/type of damage caused. You will be responsible for the entire amount. We will also charge the Damage Administration Fee for dealing with this. Charging Station Parking Fine / Idle Fee If you are using a public Charging Station (including a Network Charging Station) and you do not move the EV when the charging session has ended then you may prevent others from charging their vehicles. You may be liable for an Idle Fee or other parking fine. The amount of fee or fine will be shown at the Charging Station or in its terms and conditions and/or on the EV’s onboard display. We will pass this on to you and may also charge the Fines Administration Fee. Please be aware of parking regulations (as is normal practice) at any site you visit. Separate parking fees may apply. Damage Administration Fee Standard charge to recover our costs for dealing with loss or damage caused during your rental. Fines Administration Fee Standard charge to recover our costs for dealing with fines and charges incurred during your rental.

The costs of a charging station to be installed on the Client’s premises are included in the Lease Charge and will be processed in such a way that the Client pays off the costs of the charging station to FS and acquires ownership at the start of the Agreement. b. The charging station will meet the Dutch standard for safe charging. c. The Client will inform his or her home contents insurer that a charging station has been installed on his or her property.

Charging Station. An individual charging station unit that may contain one or more charging ports for the purpose of connecting the electric vehicle to a grid- connected power source capable of recharging the vehicle’s battery pack. The individual connectors of the Charging Station are referred to as ports. Each charging station can charge one or more vehicles depending on the number of ports the unit is equipped with.

Charging Station. For purposes of this Agreement, the term "Charging Station" means the electric vehicle charging station used by you in connection with the provision of the Services. The term "Charging Station" also includes any software, firmware, or other programs contained within the Charging Station. No Unauthorized Devices or Tampering: You agree not to tamper with or otherwise make any modification to the Charging Station. If you make or assist any person to make any modification to Charging Station or the Services or otherwise participate in tampering with the Charging Station, ChargePoint may terminate your Services and recover such damages as may result from your actions. You also agree that ChargePoint may recover damages from you for tampering, or assisting any other person with tampering, with any Charging Station for any purpose, including the unauthorized receipt of free electricity. You agree that it would be difficult, if not impossible, to calculate precisely the lost revenue resulting from your receipt of unauthorized Services or tampering with a Charging Station. As such, you agree to pay ChargePoint as liquidated damages, the sum of $500.00 per device used to receive the unauthorized Services. The unauthorized receipt of the Services may also result in criminal fines and/or imprisonment.

Charging Station. 5.1 If during the agreed period of the Back-Office subscription a defect occurs that is covered by the module agreed upon between DAEN and the Charging Station Supplier, DAEN will have the defect repaired within a reasonable time (by the Charging Station Supplier) free of charge. The Customer cannot claim this service if the defect was caused by Unauthorised Use or by (un)intentional acts by third parties. This service will be voided if the Charging Station is installed by a party other than the Installer. 5.2 DAEN reserves the right to remotely monitor and maintain the charging stations and provide them with new software where necessary from its back office.
